Ordering Process

What file types do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG and PDF. We print beautifully with standard image settings and you can also use high resolution images for lab quality prints as well. All images uploaded to your order are not stored permanently.

How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed in 48 hours or less and shipped promptly. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only.

Shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping is currently free in the US to celebrate our recent launch and may change in the future.

How long does delivery take?
We ship via USPS on business days (Mon-Fri). Once shipped, it takes 2-4 business days for delivery. Our studio is located in Las Vegas, NV.

What sizes and shaped custom magnets do you make?
We have 2"x2" squares and 2.2" heart shaped custom magnets. 

Do you offer wholesale discounted rates for my business? 
Yes, we offer discounts for businesses looking for bulk or for resale magnets. Contact us to learn more.

How do I order a custom photo Tap Keychain ?
Simply add to cart with image and add in destination URL or social media user name in the comments during checkout.

How do I reprogram the Tap Keychain?
We handle the initial programming for you with your order. However, it can be changed anytime. We will send instructions with your order on how to do so.

Does it work on iPhones and Androids? 
Yes — all iPhones (iPhone 7 and newer) and virtually all modern Android phones support NFC natively. No app download, no setup on their end. They just tap and your link opens. It works exactly like tapping a contactless credit card.
